Interesting to see that the parks across the board have cut the budget on small visual details. Even in the backlot employee cafeteria, the carryout boxes are smaller than they used to be.

I want to do a follow up to my comment a few years ago. I actually think Tiana’s is alright, just relies on screens a bit much, and also feels empty in some parts. I went back to Disney World in January 2023, right before it closed, and it was in absolutely terrible condition. Disney didn’t bother for the years in between when they announced Tiana’s and when it closed. If there’s one good thing I can say about Tiana’s, I was actually impressed how fast they got it done (which, to be honest kind of shows)

Imagine making the most popular theme park attraction on Earth and then erasing its existence because some random guy is deleted. We as human beings can't be this moronic.

Just to clarify, Julie Adams never swam at Wakulla Springs. Ginger Stanley did the work there. Julie swam in a tank on the Universal lot.

I never actually seen it. During it's original run at WDW (1977-1991), i was either not born yet (1979), or we had gone back to the Fort Wilderness campground. I have watched the Electrical Water Pageant, many times.

🇺🇲😎🥃. I was born and raised in St Pete Florida 1970. I went to Dixie hollins high School and live close to it too. I love the original Tyrone Mall back in the day. We party there all the time. Had to get a Orange Julius. JCPenney's sold dungeons & dragons books. Game room, theater, cigar shop, toy store all the original GI joes and Star wars. We would have been filthy Rich right now. Mad beach John's pass Ted Peters smoked mullet wagon wheel flea market rocking cards and gifts bong shop mustang Drive-In theater biff Burger Gators bar gandy party strip House parties in every neighborhood people were so cool back in the day I miss it so much my eyes are tearing up just a little bit thinking about it.

Almost impossible to believe you could park right at the entrance back then. Now, you have to park in the most industrial-looking parking garage imaginable AND have to walk forever just to get to either entrance. Not only that, but you had iconic attractions like Jaws and Kongfrontation. It's sad what the Studios have become.
